Dear current and potential shareholders,

On June 26, 2026, One Rock Fund changed its name to True Rock Fund.

Another company in the financial industry started before us and trademarked “One Rock”, so we've been advised to change our name. To better match the name change, we also changed the ticker from ONERX to TRUEX. We are in the process of establishing a trademark for “True Rock” in the financial services industry.

Nothing changed with shareholders' accounts and there's no change operationally with the Fund, or Fund managers.

It has been amazing what Jesus has done since the Fund started 6+ years ago. We know some of you are farmers, small business owners, pastors, retirees, stay-at-home moms, and many others, and it brings us such joy to think of how He has blessed each one of us.

We thank you for your interest and we are excited to see what the Lord will do with True Rock Fund.
